login issues

The first time you visit the site, you must register. You will need your 5-digit account number and liquor license ID to register.

Steps to Register:

  1. Click on the ‘Register Now’.
  2. Enter in your Liquor License ID and your 5-digit Account ID.
  3. Find yourself in a list of customers in our database. If your name is not in the list, create a new user.
  4. Enter your username, email address, phone number and password.

An email will be sent immediately with a link to activate your account.  If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, check your Junk or Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.  

Once you have successfully completed the registration process and activated your account, you can begin using the website.

Did you activate your account? If not, check your email. You must click on the link in the email sent to you from noreply@reyesholdings.com to activate your account and complete the registration process. If you do not see this message in your 'inbox' check your 'junk' or 'spam' folder.

If you already activated your account, remember your user name and password is case sensitive. To make sure you are using the correct user name and password click on the 'forgot password' link on the top right corner of the website. You will receive an email that will contain your user name and a link to reset your password.

The "Session Timed Out" error message is most likely caused by a discrpency with your email address in our system. 

Send an email to webbeerline.com@reyesholdings.com. Be sure to include:

  • Account Name
  • Account ID (5-digit)
  • Email Address
  • User Name (not required)
  • Error Message Received

There are several ways to add products to your Beer Cart.

  1. Click on “Products” in the top navigation. You will be directed to the Product List page. From this page, you can browse all products, search for a specific product and/or filter the list to narrow down the selection.
    1. From the Product List page, click on the shopping cart icon next to each product to see the purchase options for a specific product. Update the quantities and “Add To Cart”.
    2. If you are looking for more details about a product, click on the product name. On the Product Detail page, you will be provided with information about a specific product, including product description, style, brewer, origin, ABV, IBUs and color. From the Product Detail page, you will also see the various SKUs available for purchase. To add a SKU to your shopping cart, update the quantities and click on “Add To Cart”.
  2. You can also add products to your Beer Cart from the My Order List page.
    1. Under My Products, there will be a list of the SKUs you ordered in the past 12 weeks. You can easily update the quantity for these SKUs and add to your Beer Cart.
    2. If you have created a Custom List, you can also add SKUs from the Custom List to your Beer Cart.
  3. You can also add products to your Beer Cart from the My Par List page.
    1. Click on Creat List to create a customer par list. Once you name your Par List it will automatically generate a list of the SKUs you have ordered in the past 12 weeks.
    2. You can also add or remove SKUs from the Par List at any point. To remove items click on the Remove button and confirm. To add items, find the item you would like to add, using the product search field or product listing page, click into the item, enter a QTY for the SKU you would like to add, click on Add To List and select the list you would like to add the SKU too.  
    3. To order from the Par List simply fill in the Par QTY fields. The Par QTY's will reamin until the cache is cleared.
    4. Enter inventory into the Inventory field.
    5. Once you completed your selections click on Add List to Cart.

Yes; however, you can't change your order on the website. To make a change to your order after it's submitted, reply to the order confirmation email with your changes. We will make the changes and send you a note to verify changes are made. You can also call us 855-699-3223. 

To add soemthing new to your order you can create a new order with the items you need to add. Note, the order must be submitted prior to your order cut-off time for it to arrive with your other order. You can also reply to the order confirmation email with your changes. First, verify that you completed the order process and clicked on the 'Submit Order' link at the bottom of the Beer Cart page. Next, go to the beer cart page and make sure that there are no order error messages at the top of the page.

Yes. You can track the status of your order placed on the website on the Account Orders page.  Your order status will fall into one of the following three categories:

  1. On Hold/In Progress – represented by a grey icon in the Account Orders page. 
  2. Completed – represented by a green icon in the Account Orders page.
  3. Canceled – represented by a red icon in the Account Orders page.

To request a new tap handle, go to the Service Request page and complete the Draft Service Request. Under Type of Service, select 'New Tap Handle'.

Need a little help managing your inventory and orders?

The My Par List feature on beerline.com allows you to create your custom par list, follow these steps:

  1. Click "My Par List" from the Orders tab on the main navigation.
  2. Click "Create List"
  3. Name your list and select "Create List" to generate your order history.
  4. Click on your Par List
  5. Enter your Par level and inventory. The quantity needed will be automatically added. 
  6. Click "Add List To Cart" to add the products to your beer cart.

Once the product is in your beer cart, review your order and submit. 

Note: Your par list consist of the product you ordered in the past 12 weeks. You can remove items from your Par List by clicking the "X" to the left of the product name. To add a new item to your list, click "Add Item" and search for the product and package type you'd like to add to your list, add a quantity and choose your par list and select "Add To List".
